How to use Office to PDF or page images
Prepare the self-contained document
Upload a supported Office, OpenDocument or RTF file after removing external links, macros and active resources. Linked graphics need an appropriate self-contained source export.
Choose PDF or page images
Select PDF, PNG or JPG. For image output, choose resolution and keep the rendered document within twenty pages; PDF output can contain up to one hundred pages.

Run Process document to render the document locally. Image modes first produce a PDF representation, then package its rendered pages into one downloadable ZIP.
Review the resulting layout
Download the PDF or unpack the page images. Check fonts, page breaks, tables, chart placement and spreadsheet print areas against the source’s intended appearance.
Understand the settings
- Output
- Choose output according to the result you need. Available choices: PDF; PNG; JPG. The initial selection is PDF.
- Image resolution
- Image resolution accepts values from 72 to 180, using whole numbers. The initial value is 120. Change it for a specific output requirement, then check the result before processing more files.
A document for visual review
A self-contained DOCX needs a PDF review copy. Remove external relationships and confirm that the required fonts are available, then choose PDF. Review headings, table widths and page breaks in the downloaded document before sending it to reviewers.

Office to PDF or page images: common questions
Why are external links rejected?
The conversion workflow requires self-contained content and rejects external document relationships, linked resources and active features. Prepare the source by embedding suitable assets and removing links or macros before upload, including relationships that seem unrelated to visible page content.
Will the layout match Microsoft Office exactly?
Browser Office conversion reflows extracted text and cached cell values into pages. Charts, images, drawings, macros and original page layout are omitted. PDF output contains page images.
What do PNG and JPG modes download?
They create a ZIP of rendered document page images at the selected resolution. These are visual page representations rather than editable slides or spreadsheet cells, and image output is limited to twenty rendered pages.
Can RTF include fields or embedded objects?
No. RTF fields, templates, external references and embedded objects are rejected in this workflow. Export a simpler self-contained RTF from the authoring application before converting, and compare the resulting page layout with the intended document.
Does Office to PDF or page images upload files to another service?
Processing runs in this browser, on your device. Files and pasted input are not uploaded to a conversion server. The website and required engine assets must load first; large operations depend on available device memory.
Can I continue after changing pages?
